The absence of an elevator creates challenges when dragging luggage upstairs!!! The bathrooms seriously need maintenance. the ceiling looks grimy, and the sink design is awkward for basic tasks!!! Dodging unpleasant smells in hallways is a letdown!!!

Charming Stay in the Heart of Paris!
Spent 4 wonderful nights in a cozy studio. Loved the natural light and spacious feel inside. Enjoyed the local dining options nearby, especially the delightful café just around the corner. A few more amenities in the kitchenette would enhance the experience. Arrive prepared for stairs!

The room was surprisingly spacious, way more than I expected from photos. Tons of storage under the stairs, which was awesome for our family's stuff. The high ceilings made it feel even roomier. We had nice natural light from the skylights. The shower was great too! Only downside was the air conditioning control wasn't ideal, and the narrow stairs to our room were a bit tricky with luggage.
